GUEST acknowledges that using the gym, pool, jacuzzi, or any and all other recreational facilities within the property involves certain inherent risks, including (without limitation) the risk of death, serious personal injury and damage and /or loss to personal property. GUEST IS HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT the property DOES NOT PROVIDE A LIFEGUARD OR ANY OTHER SUPERVISION WITHIN THE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. GUEST agrees to assume all such risks, as well as any other risks involved in using the Recreational Facilities.

In addition, GUEST acknowledges that the property makes no warranty with respect to the equipment or other products furnished at the gym, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

RULES & REGULATIONS: GUEST agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the property which are at any time posted on the Property or delivered to GUEST ("Rules & Regulations"). GUEST and GUEST's Invitees shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with other occupants of the building or neighbors, or use the Premises and/or the entire Property for any unlawful purposes, or violate any law or ordinance, or commit a waste or nuisance on or about the Premises and/or Property.

If there is a request for cancellation of the Key, the GUEST shall be charged a non-refundable $100.00 fee for the reprogramming of the lock.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
