This is a very special little house in a wonderfully located area in the heart of West Hollywood. Built in 1918, it has been fully updated and is clean and contemporary. It has a tranquil garden in the back with a seating area. You can walk to cafes and restaurants. Very private and secure cottage house, with a lovely kitchen!! QUEEN SIZE BED plus you have separate office/den in the back. In 3 minutes walk you can stroll and shop along the Avenues of Art & Design (Robertson Blvd., Beverly Blvd., and Melrose Avenue). Here, visitors and locals can browse world-class shops for the finest in art, fashion, and design. Not to be missed is the 1.2 million square-foot Pacific Design Center, (a 5 minute walk) visit the outdoor plaza where you will find free admission to the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) West. Spend time on trend-setting Melrose Avenue, where visitors will find cutting-edge fashions, or, indulge in an early afternoon drink at the Abbey, one of LA’s hot spots for both gay and straight visitors. There is rooom for 2 cars for off street parking. Small dogs allowed if approved first.

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment: We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, ONLY if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If the property can not be rebooked, there will be no refund. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. Los Angeles Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit on this apartment, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

Home away from home
03/29/2017We have returned for the 3rd time and have already re-booked it for next year! So it speaks volumes on how comfortable we are in this little house. It is really terrific and we love the neighborhood.
Another great 2 months in what we call our LA home
03/22/2016We love returning to this little bungalow. It is so comfortable and perfect for both of us. The location couldn't be better as it is about 15 minutes from our kids' home by car and has so many great shops and restaurants that one can walk to. A great little farmers' market on Sundays, great upscale boutiques, and Earth Café almost around the corner! The bungalow is bright, clean....all white, which we love and comfortable. Great comfy bed and wonderful bathroom. The extra office space/ bedroom off the little garden provides a great place for my husband to take his early morning business calls from the East Coast at 5.30 am so I can sleep undisturbed. The washer/dryer is very conveniently placed behind closet doors in that space. We have not used it for sleeping but one could very easily use it for an occasional visitor. We have already booked it again to escape next East Coast winter, so what else can I say? A real home away from home..... and the service is terrific, prompt, courteous and friendly. (Only one possible suggestion: it would be great to have a full length mirror on the inside of one of the closet doors.)

Charming little cottage in West Hollywood
09/07/2015Exactly as portrayed in the photos. Updated space and great for a long term stay. Landscaping in front and back of house attracts lots of spider webs and spiders so if you fear them, beware. House needs a full length mirror and a working burglar alarm. Great location to walk everywhere. Perfect amount of space for one person. Private back yard but gardener needs to come more than once per month to keep up with shedding bamboo tree. Skylight in bathroom is terrific!
An adorable, comfortable and bright get away.
03/24/2015The service was terrific, very attentive to our needs. That cottage was perfect for us and we love the neighborhood! It is very well appointed, with a comfortable sitting area, a nice kitchen corner with very good appliances and the bathroom is very bright and modern. We liked it so much that we have booked it for next winter!
Better than a hotel suite!!!
12/11/2013I have stayed at the Chamberlin as well as London West in WEHO. They are both fantastic hotels but I found the cottage to be perfect fit with privacy some great outdoor space and location could not be beter around the corner from Urth Cafe and shoping/resturants on Melrose and Santa Monica. If you are staying for a few days a week more I highly recommend the cottage. .. If I would make one recomendation I would get some pillows that were a bit softer... I am into down pillows or there are some fantastic fill that are super soft....
