This property has 1 month minimum stay. Wonderfully located small but adorable 1 bedroom in the heart of West Hollywood. You can walk to cafes and restaurants, to the grocery store. QUEEN SIZE BED , and a comfy chair that turns into a single bed. The bedroom is small, and the queen size bed takes up most of the space. In 3 minutes walk you can stroll and shop along the Avenues of Art & Design (Robertson Blvd, Beverly Blvd, and Melrose Avenue). Here visitors and locals can browse world-class shops for the finest in art, fashion, and design. The Avenues is home to unique shops and world famous names such as Armani Casa, Williams Sonoma Home, and Stella McCartney. Not to be missed is the 1.2 million square-foot Pacific Design Center, (a 5 minute walk) visit the outdoor plaza where you will find free admission to the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) West. Spend time on trend-setting Melrose Avenue, where visitors will find cutting-edge fashions. Take an afternoon break and be part of the scene at Urth Cafe or Le Pain Quotidien, neighborhood-friendly cafes with a celebrity clientele – great locations for spotting Hollywood film stars. Your security deposit will be credited back to your credit card within 4 weeks of your departure. LOS ANGELES GUEST SUITES, its affiliates and the Landlord are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property while visiting the property.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment: We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, ONLY if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If the property can not be rebooked, there will be no refund. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. Los Angeles Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit on this apartment, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

Our stay here was great. Smaller than it looks in the pics but has everything you need. We had internet issues the last 10 days of our 5 week stay but the management is very easy to commmunicate with. I would recommend this place.

Cramped but satisfied

As the other reviewers said, the place is tiny, but that's what I expected, so I'm not complaining about it, just pointing it out. It was me and my daughter, so we left the foldout couch open, which took up most of the living area. This would be perfect for a couple. It would be a real squeeze for three people or more. There was plenty of clean linen, towels and kitchenware. There's a Trader Joe's and CVS within walking distance for keeping food around and picking up the little things (which was important for us because there was no toilet paper, which I didn't anticipate). The wifi was weak and spotty on my iPhone, but it seemed to keep my laptop connected adequately. The location isn't right by anything in particular, attraction-wise, but it's centered perfectly for pretty much anything you'd do in the L.A. area, between downtown and the ocean. Tons of places to eat right up the street. They provide a parking pass, so you can park on the street, which was never a problem. Very nice, safe area. I can't imagine you'd find a hotel in an area like this, with parking to boot, for a better rate. So I'd definitely recommend it if you don't need use a hotel as anything more than a place to crash.

I am an extremely frugal, yet frequent traveler from Mississippi. My boyfriend and I rented this property for my birthday. First, let me address this quality of the property. Though it was rather small (I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people), it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The fully furnished kitchen came in handy (and there is a grocery store less than a mile down the street). It was a short drive or walk from EVERYTHING!! The property is located right off Santa Monica Blvd. My boyfriend and I loved that neighborhood; it was quiet and the property offered a lot of privacy. Cable and wifi were included; which came in handy for down days. The price was unbeatable but the greeter (person who met us at the property with keys) was not very welcoming. All in all, I gladly recommend this property again and again to anyone visiting the area. Secondly, I should note that this property was not my first choice; I even paid for another property rental. Two weeks before my visit Los Angeles Guest Suits changed my accommodations to this property (which was smaller and cheaper). Therefore I was entitled to a refund for the difference in prices. My only complaint with this company would be the way they have handle this situation (my refund). They did not acknowledge it until I call their office on several occasions. I paid for my property on 11/18/13 and have yet to receive my monies. I have been understanding because of the holidays but I am slowly becoming impatient.

stayed here for 4 days over thanksgiving. the handover was very slick and easy, the apartment clean and perfect for our stay and parking was easy. would thoroughly recomend it :-)

The apartment is nice and very clean. Smaller than seems in the pictures but perfect for two people. In a great location, very charm and quiet. The only issue is about the communication... it is not understandable that guest suites company doesn't open in saturday or at least read the mails or callings from guests arriving on the weekend. We have been waiting for hours with no news...Apart form that... a great place to stay!
