CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment: We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, ONLY if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If the property can not be rebooked, there will be no refund. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. Los Angeles Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit on this apartment, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
