An amazing 1 bedroom flat in the BEST area of West Hollywood near so many cafes, restaurants & shops, but yet the apartment is so quiet. You can walk to Fred Segal, Paul Smith & 'Catch' restaurant, but this 1 bedroom 1 bath feels like an oasis unto itself. The Grove and the Beverly Center are less than a five minute drive away, but you wont hear any foot or car traffic in this highly residential area. This apartment is perfect for those on business travel, here on a production shoot, or in town wanting a quiet place to rest their heads. Modern furnishings, sleak interiors, and outfitted with washer/ dryer . . .
Please note: for stays a month or longer there is a mandatory monthly mid stay cleaning of $125.00

General Policy
Keys are made available Monday to Friday from 8AM - 4PM. For arrivals after 4PM and on weekends there is a $50 greeter fee. Please note that the greeter fee is higher after 7pm. Usual check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, but if nobody is leaving or arriving that day, we may be able to provide a earlier check-in or later check-out. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Your security deposit will be credited back to your credit card within 4 weeks of your departure. LOS ANGELES GUEST SUITES, its affiliates and the Landlord are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property while visiting the property.
Security deposits will vary with each property, however, any bookings longer than thirty days (30), will require one mid-stay cleaning. This can be arranged by our office on a day that is suitable for you.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this property: We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance. LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning has been paid , unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Please note the occupancy of the apartment stated in page one cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Additional guests cannot be accommodated, and failure to inform us could render the reservation as cancelled and no refund will be given unless we are able to re-let. LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys or parking passes during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card. The cost of lost keys is $500 and the loss of parking passes is $650 PLEASE TAKE TO LEAVE THESE IN THE APT AND WE WILL CHECK THESE OFF DURING FINAL INSPECTION.

04/26/2014Arriving at 818 I was very pleased to see how beautifully keep the place was and loved the landscaping and especially the remote to open the gate to park the car . It's large it's very well decorated and simple . The bed wonderful and I had very good sleeps . The kitchen , if you cooked , had everything including what every one wants a washing machine machine and dryer !! The cable the wi if all worked well ... After I played around a bit ... I would suggest you ask about the cable ... That was my only grip ... Beautifully quite lovely neighbour hood ..

A wonderful home away from home
03/10/2014We returned with great pleasure. The apt is extremely comfortable and well appointed. the house is very tastefully decorated and landscaped. The location is perfect, in a very quiet street, very close to wonderful restaurants and great shops. Rich, who maintains the property, could not be nicer. He is so willing to please and very prompt to respond when we called him for a small problem we had with a smoke alarm.
La Jolla Short Term Rental
01/03/2014My fiancee and I rented this apartment during our move from NYC to LA this fall. It was delightful. The apt was fully equipped with everything from shampoo to detergent, to scissors, to a sitting blanket. Most of all the leasing agent, Brandon, is extremely helpful and professional and the service is unbeatable in LA rentals.
The perfect home away from home
12/09/2013We loved the location and the apartment. It is modern, well appointed and decorated very tastefully and very comfortable. It is also nicely landscaped. We will be returning in February for a month and every time we come to LA to visit our kids and grandchildren for an extended visit. The only thing that should be added to the description of the property for the renters is that the parking area is a bit tight so one should rent either a small or midsize car. We rented a full size one and parking was tight. Not a big deal though.
