This location is minutes from Beverly Hills, Century City, Hollywood and downtown, putting you in the center of the finest dining, shopping, and cultural events in the city. Just across the street from the Grove and the Farmer's Market and a park, within a few minutes walk from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, LACMA and much more. You couldn't be in a better place. This 1240 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has hardwood floors, granite counter tops and high end furnishings. You will also find many amenities in the gated community, such as Jr Olympic pool, fitness center, 5mi fitness trail, WiFi garden cafe, conference / meeting room, business center, community garden, on-site dry cleaner & video rental, multimedia theater, 24-hr patrol service, acres of open space and much more.

The price does vary depending on length of stay and season. You do have one assigned off street parking spot. Each unit is different so pictures my vary per unit. The 3 bedroom properties are on the side of the tall complex buildings. You have laundry facilities very close to your unit.

Please note: this  property does not come with Internet but Time Warner can come and install for you upon arrival. 6 month min stay

General Policy

Keys are made available Monday to Friday from 8AM - 4PM. For arrivals after 4PM and on weekends there is a $50 greeter fee. Please note that the greeter fee is higher after 7pm. Usual check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, but if nobody is leaving or arriving that day, we may be able to provide a earlier check-in or later check-out. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Your security deposit will be credited back to your credit card within 4 weeks of your departure. LOS ANGELES GUEST SUITES, its affiliates and the Landlord are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property while visiting the property.

Security deposits will vary with each property, however, any bookings longer than thirty days (30), will require one mid-stay cleaning. This can be arranged by our office on a day that is suitable for you.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this property: We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance. LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning has been paid , unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Please note the occupancy of the apartment stated in page one cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Additional guests cannot be accommodated, and failure to inform us could render the reservation as cancelled and no refund will be given unless we are able to re-let. LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys or parking passes during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card. The cost of lost keys is $500 and the loss of parking passes is $650 PLEASE TAKE TO LEAVE THESE IN THE APT AND WE WILL CHECK THESE OFF DURING FINAL INSPECTION.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
