This property has 1 month minimum stay. Wonderfully located small but cute 1 bedroom in the heart of West Hollywood. You can walk to cafes and restaurants, to the grocery store. QUEEN SIZE BED . The bedroom is small, and the queen size bed takes up most of the space. In 3 minutes walk you can stroll and shop along the Avenues of Art & Design (Robertson Blvd, Beverly Blvd, and Melrose Avenue). Here visitors and locals can browse world-class shops for the finest in art, fashion, and design.  Not to be missed is the 1.2 million square-foot Pacific Design Center, (a 5 minute walk) visit the outdoor plaza where you will find free admission to the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) West. Spend time on trend-setting Melrose Avenue, where visitors will find cutting-edge fashions. Take an afternoon break and be part of the scene at Urth Cafe or neighborhood-friendly cafes with a celebrity clientele – great locations for spotting Hollywood film stars. Or, indulge in an early afternoon drink at the Abbey, one of LA’s hot spots for both gay and straight visitors.  All hotels on the Sunset Strip feature a bar or cocktail lounge with trendy scenes, especially SkyBar at Mondrian, Boa at Grafton and the Lounge at the Standard. Your security deposit will be credited back to your credit card within 4 weeks of your departure. LOS ANGELES GUEST SUITES, its affiliates and the Landlord are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property while visiting the property.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment: We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, ONLY if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If the property can not be rebooked, there will be no refund. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. Los Angeles Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit on this apartment, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

Convenient in West Hollywood

This place was very convenient, easy walking distance to West Hollywood. It looks like the pictures, comfortable seating. Bathroom could use more shelving.

We stayed 10 days, the location was perfect for us and the check in/out went smooth. The only comment is that the place is very worn and could be much more attractive with a small upgrade, but most important it really needs to get cleaned throughly also the kitchenware was dirty and had to be cleaned before it could be used.

Great - exactly as described. Very well located. Clean. One sleepless night due to barking dog next door but I think that was a one off.

The experience was so enjoyable!
