This first floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is part of a triplex in the heart of Los Feliz and is available for short and long term booking. The apartment itself has dark hardwood floors throughout which creates a feeling of comfort. The living and dining rooms offer stylish and comfortable furnishings with Cable TV in the living room. Each of the bedrooms has large closets . The Master and second bedroom both have comfy Queen beds. The gourmet kitchen includes dish-washer and washer and dryer, microwave and any other appliances you might need. This cute apartment also features central air for your added comfort. The property is gated and has a lovely gated yard for added privacy. The garage opener is offered for your convenience (the parking is perfect for mid-size car but not SUV). Also note this is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT, If there is smoking the security deposit will be forfeited. Great restaurants in Los Feliz Village & Silverlake are a short walk to Griffith Park,  the Observatory, & the Greek Theater. Close to Burbank studios, LA Children's Hospital, Scientology Center, and Dodger stadium. Near the 5 Freeway and the nearest metro is Univeral City station.

Keys are made available Monday to Friday from 8AM - 4PM. For arrivals after 4PM and on weekends there is a $50 greeter fee. Please note that the greeter fee is higher after 7pm. Usual check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, but if nobody is leaving or arriving that day, we may be able to provide a earlier check-in or later check-out. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Your security deposit will be credited back to your credit card within 4 weeks of your departure. LOS ANGELES GUEST SUITES, its affiliates and the Landlord are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property while visiting the property.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this property: We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance. LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning has been paid , unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Please note the occupancy of the apartment stated in page one cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Additional guests cannot be accommodated, and failure to inform us could render the reservation as cancelled and no refund will be given unless we are able to re-let. LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys or parking passes during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card. The cost of lost keys is $500 and the loss of parking passes is $650 PLEASE TAKE TO LEAVE THESE IN THE APT AND WE WILL CHECK THESE OFF DURING FINAL INSPECTION.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

Good place for longer rental

Very good location and space for the price. Very comfortable beds. Dishwasher is not very good and they could offer a good new vacuum cleaner to help w the cleaner for long stay guests. Close to highway so easy access to other parts of the city. Downside: owners are not flexible at all about the payment refunds and cancellations. You have to pay it all ahead and no refund or cancellation if plans change.

Good place for live like a local

We moved to LA so this has been our temporary house before we move to the house we bought at the city. It’s a great location for living like a local, good structure, clean, quiet. Not sure if it’s the best place for a tourist, not if you want to be too close to the beach. LA is a big city and this place is an hour from Venice and Santa Monica. The access to the highway is easy though and you are steps from Griffith park. The only downside to me was that they are not flexible at all. After staying in the pace for 3 months I asked for just an extra hour on my check out and they would not let it happen. That was not nice at all. I expected more kindness after such a long term, but that’s fine.

Feels like home.

The check in was efficient, but not warm. We had to pay for receiving the keys, which is not so common. That said, everything else was very good. The house is very nice, spacious, silent. Location is awsome. We we are staying for almost 3 months, so we can totally recommend the place. The guy who comes to fix and arrange things was the only downside during our stay. One day he came here and was very rude telling me how I should clean and organize the place. I was in the middle of a work call and he didn't even mind that, and kept pointing to stuff in the kitchen, saying it was a mess. By the way, it wasn't. It was just a normal monday morning after a weekend. He apologized but I'd say he's not good on dealing with people.
