This home is perfect for long stays and offers total privacy, pool, outdoor lounging areas, private garage parking, classic decor and furnishings, You have views from Griffith Observatory to Downtown to the Ocean ! The Master Bedroom has King Bed and large soaking bathtub. the 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin (this also works as office) The kitchen has everything you need and you have dining for 6. You have both formal living room that opens to the patio and pool plus separate family room with large sectional and TV. You will love staying in the Mid-Century modern home. The pool gets alot of sun but if you would like it heated that would $1000 per month extra. The cleaner comes weekly , she comes for 8 hrs, $240 per week extra you will pay cleaner directly.
