Two bedroom two bath in a 2-building complex (you have access to ammenities in both buildings). Located in the beachside community of Marina Del Rey and is minutes to Venice Beach, Santa Monica & the 3rd Street promenade, and a short commute to LAX. Full equipped apartment with stainless steal appliances, dishwasher, microwave, refridgerator, stove/oven, and a washer & dryer in the unit. 

Hard wood floors with carpeted bedrooms, queen size beds, big walk in closet, and a separate dining & living areas.  Assigned tandem parking. This is a no pets flat & a non-smoking residence.

Beautiful large community pool & tub, fitness center, conference room, BBQ areas in courtyard, sundeck & bicycle storage availabe too. 

For check-in guests MUST have a valid government issued ID/Drivers License. Foreign nationals must provide valid Visa/Passport. Prior to payment we will ask for a copy (front & back) of your government issued ID/ drivers license.

General Policy

Keys are made available Monday to Friday from 8AM - 4PM. For arrivals after 4PM and on weekends there is a $50 greeter fee. Please note that the greeter fee is higher after 7pm. Usual check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, but if nobody is leaving or arriving that day, we may be able to provide a earlier check-in or later check-out. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Your security deposit will be credited back to your credit card within 4 weeks of your departure. LOS ANGELES GUEST SUITES, its affiliates and the Landlord are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property while visiting the property.

Security deposits will vary with each property, however, any bookings longer than thirty days (30), will require one mid-stay cleaning. This can be arranged by our office on a day that is suitable for you.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this property: We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance. LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning has been paid , unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Please note the occupancy of the apartment stated in page one cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Additional guests cannot be accommodated, and failure to inform us could render the reservation as cancelled and no refund will be given unless we are able to re-let. LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys or parking passes during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card. The cost of lost keys is $500 and the loss of parking passes is $650 PLEASE TAKE TO LEAVE THESE IN THE APT AND WE WILL CHECK THESE OFF DURING FINAL INSPECTION.
