CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this house: We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, ONLY if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If the property can not be rebooked, there will be no refund. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you.
DEPOSIT POLICY
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit on this house, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card or wire transfer. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
