It is centrally located one mile north of Sunset Boulevard and three miles south of Mulholland Drive. The house is situated on 21,000 square feet of private and very secluded land. The house is surrounded by Eucalyptus, Deodora and Pine trees accompanied by natural landscaping and various succulent gardens. The top floor of the home which is a semi-open floor plan which consists of the living room, kitchen, sun porch/dining area and a 3/4 bathroom which includes a sink, toilet and shower. The bathroom set up includes luxurious hotel style bath amenities and linens. The living room is furnished with a down filled sofa which pulls out to a queen size bed, writing desk, sitting chair with ottoman and television with DVD player, The living room opens to a slight step down “sun porch” or dining and sitting area. This area features an eating bar with two stools and and circular dining table that seats four. The sun porch has the original reddish hexagon and teal diamond tiles from 1935. It has five large French windows which look out to beautiful pine trees.It also features a chaise lounge for relaxing and reclining to read your favorite book. The door from the sun porch leads out to the open patio which features natural landscaping and patio furniture. ( See North Patio Description below) The kitchen features oak cabinets and is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots pans, cutlery, dishware, various blenders, grills crock pots and much more. The kitchen door leads out to the covered patio which features a landscaped patio with settee furniture and breakfast table.( see Maui Patio description below) There is also an enclosed laundry facility with washer ,dryer and laundry supplies. Stairs from the living room flow down through a corridor/hallway, which features DVD selections, books and CDs, to the first floor opening to Valenced Treatment feature which opens to a quaint bedroom of vintage Parisian-style artwork with a Queen Size bed, luxurious, allergen-free pillows, elegantly 250 thread count sheets, duvet , plus a allergen-free mattress set designed for added support and comfort. There is a 1920s mahogany armoire which is perfect for hanging clothing. The four-drawer bureau is ideal for other foldable items. There is a vintage sitting chair with support pillow and pashmina throw. A luggage rack is also provided to support unpacking. There is additional closet space in the corridor hallway that leads to the bedroom. The room approximately 250 square feet with two French windows and recessed lighting and remote controlled flames candles for ambiance. The property features five separate patios for relaxation. 1.) Maui Patio with water fountain and plants, a Three- piece Settee and table just steps out from the kitchen. 2.)
